Job summary

TALENTMATE is seeking an entry-level Ground Support Safety Operator in Dubai to provide on-road safety support during autonomous vehicle testing and operations. You will drive designated safety vehicles along routes and help protect pedestrians, other road users and autonomous systems.

The role requires vigilance, strong communication, and adherence to safety protocols in a dynamic road environment. FC responsibilities include monitoring conditions and supporting testing activities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong driving record and knowledge of road safety practices.
• Experience in professional driving, fleet operations, or automotive testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety/support vehicles along designated operational routes.
• Provide ground-level safety support during autonomous vehicle operations.
• Monitor road conditions, pedestrians, surrounding vehicles and potential hazards.
• Support hardware and software update testing activities.
• Assist during autonomous vehicle road testing and routine road-running operations.
• Support special experience sessions and VIP activities.
• Provide ground support during operational and cloud-cabin testing.
• Communicate potential hazards or operational issues to relevant teams.
• Respond appropriately to changing road and traffic conditions.
• Maintain safe driving standards and comply with all procedures.
