Job summary

Cars24 Arabia in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Warranty Associate to take end-to-end ownership of warranty complaints and coordinate inspections across the refurbishment function. You will engage with customers to understand concerns and determine the best resolution path, while ensuring timely closure of each case.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile sector.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing workshop environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong practical automotive knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of warranty complaints received through the portal and drive resolution.
• Reach out to customers to understand concerns and determine the best resolution path.
• Educate customers on warranty coverage and vehicle issues, and explain next steps.
• Coordinate with customers to arrange inspections at their location when required.
• Arrange movement of vehicles to the workshop for inspections or repairs.
• Manage follow-ups independently to ensure no case remains pending or unattended.
• Collaborate with internal teams and workshops to ensure timely case resolution.

What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?

• Take end-to-end ownership of warranty complaints received through the portal, ensuring every case is followed through to resolution.
• Reach out to customers, understand their concerns, and determine the most appropriate way to resolve the issue.
• Educate customers on warranty coverage, vehicle concerns, and next steps wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with customers to arrange an inspection at their location when required.
• Coordinate the movement of vehicles to the workshop when a physical inspection or repair is necessary.
• Manage all follow-ups independently and ensure no case is left pending or unattended.
• Work closely with relevant internal teams and workshops to ensure cases are resolved within the required timelines.

What’s Under The Hood

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile sector.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing workshop environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong practical automotive knowledge.
• Good proficiency in English and Hindi is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• UAE automotive experience is a plus.
