Phase 1: Foundation (Month 1)
- Participate in onboarding, AWR culture, and customer service orientation
- Develop soft skills and understand customer journey in service operations
Phase 2: Cross-Department Exposure (Months 2–3)
- Rotate through service reception, workshop floor, parts counters, and CRM
- Learn basic automotive service workflows and customer interaction protocol
Phase 3: Technical & Process Training (Months 4–6)
- Attend in-depth training on job card processing, warranty handling, appointment systems, and service quality standards
- Work with technicians and service advisors to understand diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures
- Participate in customer service case studies and feedback analysis

- Digital tools (CRM, job card systems)

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or equivalent
