Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Technical knowledge to provide up-to-date technical information.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record customer concerns and complaints.
• Empathize and clarify customer requests.
• Manage workshop situation and promise delivery times.
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and work performed.
• Notify customers upon work completion and set pickup times.
• Explain the job done and invoice to customers.
