Job summary

Autorun in Dubai seeks a Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales for OMODA & JAECOO, handling lead generation, consultations, test drives and delivery. You will build lasting customer relationships and stay informed on product specs, pricing, promotions and market trends in the UAE.

The role requires 1+ year automotive sales experience in UAE, a valid UAE driving license, and strong communication and negotiation skills. A market-leading salary with commission and visa support are offered.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by presenting and selling vehicles, products and related services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for a professional showroom experience.
• Stay updated on vehicle specs, pricing, promotions, competitors and market trends, especially for Chinese brands.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports and CRM activities with timely follow-up.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Work Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by effectively presenting and selling vehicles, products, and related services.
• Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and customer consultation to test drives, negotiation, booking, and vehicle delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a professional and high-quality showroom experience.
• Stay updated on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, competitors, and market trends, particularly within the growing Chinese automotive brands segment.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and CRM activities while ensuring timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• At least 1 year sales experience in automotive industry experience within UAE/ Dubai is required, with candidates familiar with Chinese automotive brands highly preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the UAE automotive market and customer buying behavior.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joiners will be highly prioritized.

Work Schedule

• 6 working days per week with 1 day off.
• The weekly day off will be scheduled according to the showroom's operational requirements.
