Job summary

GALADARI BROTHERS CO. L.L.C in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Quality Controller to enforce standardized QC processes in the workshop, oversee repairs, and ensure 100% completion of customer work with road tests when needed.

You will inspect, record, and report QC results, assign tasks to technicians, and keep service advisors informed of delays. A graduate with 2–3 years of QC experience is preferred, with strong technical knowledge and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Graduate/ Diploma in relevant field
• 2-3 years experience as quality controller in automotive
• Strong technical knowledge to understand customer needs

Responsibilities

• Perform Quality check on all completed repairs on the customer vehicle including road test to ensure the highest quality standard and ensure 100% completion of customer requested work.
• Do the job right the first time
• Conduct, record and report results of Quality Control Inspections
• Assign and dispatch repair orders to the most appropriately skilled Technician based on priority and completion time
• Distribute repair orders with expected job completion time
• Keep Service Advisors constantly informed of delays and additional work found
• Monitor the reasons for, and the progress of each job stoppage
• Monitor, record and identify the causes of vehicle carryovers
• Monitor and record the causes of repeat repairs
• Monitor and record the causes of repeat repairs
• Assist Technicians with diagnosis of difficult repairs
• Assist Service Advisors with repair explanation when required
• Ensure vehicle cleaning is completed before delivery
• Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
