Job summary

Al Nabooda Automobiles LLC in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize Volkswagen marketing campaigns across New Cars, Certified Pre-Owned, and Aftersales. You will focus on generating qualified leads, managing budgets, coordinating content, and delivering performance reports.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels, plus the ability to create bilingual English/Arabic communications that align with the VW brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and campaign performance reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid social media, search, display, and other digital channels for New Cars, Certified Pre-Owned, and Aftersales.
• Develop marketing content including social media posts, SMS, WhatsApp campaigns, emailers, landing pages, and bilingual (English/Arabic) communication in line with VW brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance, track lead generation activities, and ensure timely lead routing and follow-up.
• Manage campaign budgets, prepare monthly reports, analyse campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, showroom teams, agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution and event support.
• Support local marketing initiatives, brand activations, customer engagement activities, and dealership events.
