Leading Automotive Company in Dubai, UAE is seeking an Automotive Designer (Vehicle Modification & Conversion) to develop production-ready designs for specialized vehicles. You will design modifications, prepare 2D drawings and 3D models, and produce fabrication layouts using SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Automotive Design or Vehicle Modification
• Hands-on experience in Sheet Metal Design is mandatory
• Strong proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD
• Experience in Assembly Design, Fabrication Drawings, and Manufacturing Documentation
• Good understanding of vehicle structures, fabrication, welding, bending, and sheet metal manufacturing processes
• Ability to prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Experience in vehicle conversion or special-purpose vehicles is a strong advantage

Aufgaben

• Design and develop vehicle modification and conversion concepts for specialized vehicles
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing drawings using SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD
• Design sheet metal parts, structural components, mounting brackets, assemblies, and fabrication layouts
• Prepare assembly drawings, fabrication drawings, exploded views, and BOMs
• Coordinate with Production, Fabrication, Welding, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure design feasibility
• Review customer requirements and develop practical engineering solutions
• Ensure designs comply with engineering, quality, and safety standards
• Maintain design revisions, drawing registers, and technical documentation
• Provide technical support during prototype development and production

Ausbildung

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
