Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in trading, supply chain, or accounting.
• Certified Customer Relations or Customer Service Support is preferred.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned customer accounts and support from order entry to delivery.
• Process and verify invoices and delivery notes.
• Work closely with the Finance Department for accurate accounts receivable.
• Prepare and manage periodic reports for management.
