Job Title: Carbon Fiber Composite & Modification Specialist – Dubai

We are seeking a highly skilled Carbon Fiber Composite & Modification Specialist with strong expertise in dry and wet carbon fiber fabrication and installation. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with automotive and performance parts, delivering precision craftsmanship and high‑quality finishes.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, mold, and finish carbon fiber components (dry and wet lay‑up) for automotive applications
• Perform modifications, design creation and surface finishing on carbon fiber and composite parts
• Prepare molds, apply resins, and ensure correct curing processes
• Ensure accuracy, durability, and premium finishing on all projects
• Collaborate with the modification team to design and implement carbon fiber upgrades
• Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment

Requirements
