Job summary

Virtusa in Dubai seeks an experienced Functional Testing professional with 8+ years in software automation testing for banking apps (wealth management, investment banking).

Must have hands-on experience with Selenium, UFT, Playwright and SoapUI, API/web services automation, DevOps collaboration, and CI tools like Git and Jenkins. Candidate should be proficient in SQL databases, middleware, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software automation testing for banking apps.
• Hands-on with Selenium, UFT, Playwright and SoapUI for API and UI validation.
• Experience in web services and middleware automation is required.
• Proficiency in DevOps collaboration and CI tools (Git, Jenkins).
• Strong defect management, RTM and test case preparation skills.

Responsibilities

Functional Testing professional with minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Software Automation Testing for banking applications like Wealth management and Investment Banking products.

Must have experience in working with Selenium UFTPlaywright and Soap UI tools.

Must have experience in Web services and middle ware services automation.

Should have good experience in Machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Must have experience in collaborating the automation scripts with DevOps process.

Should have experience with GIT Jenkins and other Continuous testing enablers.

Experienced in version control and monitoring.

Highly experienced in Preparing RTM and Test Cases.

Capable of completing the targeted test execution on time.

Good experience in Defect Management and Reporting.

Good knowledge in Agile and Testing Life Cycles and methodologies.

Capable of validating the Actual Results with respect to business flows.

Should have application and package deployment capabilities in data base and application servers.

Should have hands-on-experience in performing technical validations with many tools like Putty SSH Shell Rapid SQL PL/SQL Developer Postgres SQL SQL server Citrix ETL Informatica and Crystal Reports.

Good experience in Documentations & Peer Review.
