Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Engineer in Abu Dhabi to manage and optimize project controls through data analytics and automation. The role focuses on delivering streamlined processes, dashboards, and reports that enhance decision-making for complex international projects.

The candidate should bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in a consulting or engineering environment, with strong Power BI, Primavera P6, and Excel VBA skills, plus excellent communication and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering field required.
Master's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience on projects.
Data analytics experience with Power tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Excel VBA).
Strong report writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain Common Data Environment (CDE).
Implement new systems to improve efficiency.
Generate reports using automation technologies.
Lead standardization and automation processes across projects.
Collaborate with Project Management to gather stakeholder inputs and drive improvements.
Create dashboards and ad hoc reports in Power BI and other tools.
