Job Overview

Vision Tact is seeking talented and solution-driven Automation Engineers who will be instrumental in building, integrating, and optimizing intelligent digital systems across AI, automation, and spatial technologies.

The role demands a strong understanding of end-to-end software development, automation scripting, and workflow optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams — including AI engineers, data scientists, and business analysts — to design and implement scalable solutions that power enterprise automation, process intelligence, and data-driven transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and automation scripts tailored for enterprise clients.

• Work on AI-integrated automation solutions (RPA, ML pipelines, or intelligent dashboards).

• Collaborate with data and GIS teams to integrate software tools with AI or geospatial intelligence workflows.

• Develop and deploy REST APIs, data pipelines, and backend systems for cross-platform applications.

• Implement automation frameworks using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Selenium, or Python scripting.

• Participate in full software lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Optimize system performance and scalability through clean, modular code and robust architecture.

• Document code, workflows, and technical procedures in alignment with Vision Tact’s quality standards.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, automation trends, and AI-assisted development methodologies.

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong command of Python, JavaScript, or C#

• Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or custom Python-based automation frameworks

• Proficiency in RESTful API development and cloud deployment environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

• Understanding of DevOps tools (Docker, Git, Jenkins, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of AI/ML integrations (using APIs or libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, etc.)

• Experience with process automation, workflow orchestration, and RPA bots

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
