We are looking for an Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Planner to join our consultant team for a nuclear project in United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, and update ISI engineering drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation.
- Incorporate plant modifications, field mark-ups, and design changes into CAD drawings.
- Support the development of inspection layouts and drawing integration with ENEC’s document control systems.
- Ensure all drawings meet ASME, ISO, and NQA standards.
- Participate in daily coordination meetings with the ENEC/Nuvia engineering team.
- Manage document revision control and ensure timely submission of updated drawings.
- Assist with electronic archiving and preparation of drawing packages for regulatory or QA submissions.
- Coordinate with the engineering and maintenance teams to ensure data consistency across disciplines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Drafting Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting for engineering or industrial projects (power, nuclear, or oil & gas preferred).
- Proven proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D; knowledge of Revit or Navisworks is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of technical drawing standards and documentation workflows.
- Familiarity with ASME codes, quality documentation, and nuclear/regulated environments preferred.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

- Familiarity with ENEC or BNPP site standards is a plus.
Additional Information
- The contractor must comply with all BNPP site safety, security, and radiation protection requirements.
- The draftsman will complete mandatory ENEC/Nuvia site access and operations training prior to mobilization.
- Tools, software, transportation, food, and accommodation will be provided by the client.
