Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic (minimum 25 years preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical electrical and hydraulic vehicle systems.
• Ability to handle diagnostic tools and garage equipment.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and brake service.
• Repair or replace worn parts on transmission, suspension, steering and cooling systems.
• Use diagnostic equipment to test systems and ensure proper operation.
• Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repair work.
• Maintain service records and complete job cards as required.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines in the workshop.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Stay up-to-date with new technology and service techniques.
