Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a multi-brand car service workshop.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Physically present in the UAE for the Dubai auto mechanic role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of cars to identify mechanical issues
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose problems in engines transmissions and other mechanical systems
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes tire rotations and brake inspections
• Repair or replace defective parts such as belts hoses filters and brake pads
• Execute complex repairs on engines transmissions and other critical systems
• Conduct test drives to verify the success of repairs and ensure vehicle safety and performance standards are met
• Provide detailed reports on diagnostic findings and repair processes
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues repair timelines and maintenance recommendations
• Keep work areas clean organized and safe in accordance with company policies and work standards
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
