Job summary

Fifth Third in Dubai seeks an experienced professional to independently develop and maintain volume levels, while driving market expansion by identifying and closing key dealer groups. You will coordinate with internal teams, mentor dealership staff, and act as the liaison to ensure strong relationships and performance in a dynamic regional market.

Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent with some college preferred, and a robust background (10+ years) in indirect auto

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• 10+ years indirect auto lending or related field experience preferred.
• Previous customer experience required.
• Ability to work with outside customers to resolve issues.
• Solid time and territory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently develops and maintains volume levels exceeding assigned objectives
• Leads effort to maximize penetration levels in dealer groups through performance ratios
• Drives market expansion by identifying and closing key dealer groups
• Serves as liaison between dealer groups and internal departments
• Develops and nurtures dealership personnel relationships through training and strategic direction
• Assists Regional Sales Manager in mentoring and training Indirect Dealer Development Reps
• Provides competitive intelligence and pricing strategy to senior leadership
• Establishes and maintains relationships with high level personnel via telephone and regular travel
