Qualifications

• Degree in Operations Research, Marketing science, Information Systems, e-Commerce or equivalent with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years practical experience in a Technology function, to commence a career in Product Management as Associate Technical Product Owner.
• Scaled Agile framework experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture team-driven innovation ideas across peer groups.
• Define story content and acceptance criteria for team backlogs.
• Prioritize work aligned with PI planning and other backlogs.
• Capture and prioritise Technical Debt and NFRs.
• Prepare contributions to PI Demos with stakeholders.
• Attend management meetings including PI Planning.
• Define metrics to measure success of prioritised work.
• Contribute to Portfolio Product Management Playbook.
