The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Associate Project Consultant to support and manage various project-based initiatives. This role is ideal for a driven professional eager to gain broad experience across different facets of our business including global outreach, marketing campaigns, community management and business development. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to execute key projects that drive Wedded Wonderland’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination & Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of diverse projects ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. This includes setting up project timelines, tracking progress and preparing status reports.

  • Outreach & Partnerships: Support global outreach efforts by identifying and engaging potential partners, collaborators and influencers in key markets (e.g., luxury brands, wedding vendors, media outlets).

  • Campaign Management Assistance: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and PR campaigns, including research, content coordination and performance tracking.

  • Community Engagement Support: Assist in nurturing and expanding Wedded Wonderland’s online communities, responding to inquiries, moderating discussions, and supporting engagement initiatives.

  • Business Development Research: Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities and support the Business Development Manager in preparing proposals and presentations.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze and interpret data related to project performance, campaign effectiveness and community growth, providing insights for continuous improvement.

  • Administrative Support: Manage project documentation, scheduling, communication and other administrative tasks as required.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with teams across content, marketing, sales and technology to ensure seamless project execution.

Who You Are
  • A professional with 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing, business development or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with an exceptional ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in other languages relevant to our target markets is a significant advantage.

  • Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, particularly in a remote setup.

  • A quick learner with a keen interest in the luxury lifestyle wedding industry and digital trends.

  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), Google Suite and basic data analysis or something similar.

  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a solution‑oriented mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
