Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking a Procurement Sourcing & Project Management professional to support indirect procurement across the Business Services category in Dubai. You will consolidate sourcing demand and manage end-to-end RFx processes from requirements to award and contract handover.

You will collaborate with Strategic Procurement, business stakeholders, Finance and suppliers to ensure sourcing activities are delivered within defined commercial, governance and timeline requirements, driving cost

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of procurement/category sourcing experience.
• Experience with RFx, RFP/RFQ/tender management, supplier evaluation and negotiation.
• Experience managing sourcing projects from initiation through completion.
• Good understanding of Business Services/indirect procurement, supplier markets and pricing strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end RFx, tender and bid process.
• Translate business requirements into RFx scopes, SOWs and business requirement documents.
• Conduct supplier research, market analysis and vendor evaluation to identify appropriate sourcing options.
• Support supplier negotiations and commercial evaluations to achieve cost savings and optimal value.
• Ensure RFx documentation, scoring, approvals and supplier selection comply with procurement policies and governance requirements.
• Project manage sourcing initiatives, including planning activities, milestones, timelines and stakeholder coordination.
• Work with Contract Management and Supplier Performance teams to facilitate contract initiation and supplier onboarding.
• Monitor sourcing performance, savings and process improvements and provide periodic reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Strategic Procurement teams on category strategies, market intelligence and best practices.

We are seeking a Procurement Sourcing & Project Management professional to support indirect procurement and sourcing activities across the Business Services category. The role will be responsible for consolidating sourcing demand and managing the end-to-end RFx process, from requirements definition and supplier identification through evaluation, negotiation, award recommendation and contract handover.

The role will work closely with Strategic Procurement, Business stakeholders, Finance and suppliers to ensure sourcing activities are delivered within defined commercial, governance and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end RFx, tender and bid process, including sourcing calendars, documentation, supplier evaluation and award recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into RFx scopes, SOWs and business requirement documents.
• Conduct supplier research, market analysis and vendor evaluation to identify appropriate sourcing options.
• Support supplier negotiations and commercial evaluations to achieve cost savings and optimal value.
• Ensure RFx documentation, scoring, approvals and supplier selection comply with procurement policies and governance requirements.
• Project manage sourcing initiatives, including planning activities, defining milestones, tracking timelines, coordinating stakeholders, managing dependencies and resolving bottlenecks to ensure RFx delivery within agreed deadlines.
• Work with Contract Management and Supplier Performance teams to facilitate contract initiation and supplier onboarding.
• Monitor sourcing performance, savings and process improvements and provide periodic reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Strategic Procurement teams on category strategies, market intelligence and best practices.

Key Skills & Experience

• 8–14 years of relevant procurement/category sourcing experience, ideally within indirect or Business Services sourcing.
• Strong experience in RFx, RFP/RFQ/tender management, supplier evaluation and negotiation.
• Experience managing sourcing projects from initiation through completion, with strong project planning, stakeholder coordination and timeline management skills.
• Good understanding of Business Services/indirect procurement, supplier markets and pricing strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of contract management, commercial management and cost modelling.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba or other major ERP/procurement systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business or a related discipline. CSCP or PSM certification would be advantageous.
