Job summary

Selected Recruitment Ltd in Dubai is working with a UAE award-winning media agency to hire an Associate Media Director to join the team. This is a digital-first role offering real ownership of your book of business, team leadership, and direct engagement with senior clients.

You will turn media strategy into integrated plans across Meta, Google, DV360 and GA4, manage performance and margin, and grow the book by expanding scope with data, tech and measurement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in media, including 2+ years leading people and 2+ years owning client delivery.
• Hands-on depth in Meta, Google, DV360 and GA4.
• Solid offline planning and buying experience in the UAE/GCC with strong relationships.
• Commercial fluency: scopes, fees, forecasting and margin.
• Arabic is a plus.
