- Support the implementation of strategic marketing plans across CRM, digital, social, influencer and ATL channels.
- Assist in coordinating go-to-market activities for campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Maintain and update the regional marketing calendar in partnership with local teams ensuring visibility and alignment.
Creative & Content Coordination
- Support the development and adaptation of campaign assets across channels ensuring brand consistency.
- Coordinate with creative teams, agencies and local markets to manage timelines and asset delivery.
- Assist in maintaining content libraries and organizing materials for easy access across teams.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Act as a liaison between teams by gathering input from channel owners, local markets, growth teams and data teams to plan marketing for high impact initiatives.
- Help consolidate campaign needs and support preparation for cross-functional planning and reporting meetings.
- Participate in regular alignment calls and help document key actions and decisions.
Insights Measurement & Reporting
- Assist in tracking performance metrics and preparing reports that summarize campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to analysis by collecting and organizing data across different media platforms.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor campaigns and innovative media formats to contribute to team discussions.
What did we order
- Bachelors degree; 1-2 years of experience in marketing, media or campaign coordination – preferably in a regional or multi-market setup.
- Familiarity with digital and offline marketing channels; hands‑on exposure to campaign planning or execution is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborative and proactive communicator who enjoys working across teams.
