Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5–6 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain, or 3 years' experience as associate manager or similar role.
• Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and data analysis to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Communicate forecasts and inventory plans to stakeholders and secure buy-in.
• Identify issues or discrepancies in the demand planning process and resolve them.
• Provide insights to improve the demand planning process and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
