Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or equivalent.
• 5-6 years in logistics or supply chain, or 3 years as associate manager.
• Proven experience in demand planning or forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecast models from historical data and external factors.
• Communicate forecasts and inventory plans to stakeholders for alignment.
• Identify issues in demand planning and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with warehouse, production, sales, and marketing.
