Job summary

A leading grain processing company in the United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced operator to manage machine operations for grain loading and unloading. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, production, or maintenance, along with a Technical Diploma (ITI). This role requires effective communication skills and a strong focus on quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse, production or maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Operating all equipment associated with the elevator process.
• Operator grain dryers using a computer with PLC software.
• Unloading/loading grain from vessels/trucks.
• Maintain internal/external grain dispatch report.
• Shipping and storing of grain in allotted silos.
• Manage silo activities for smooth operations.
• Maintain quality & safety standards without deviation.
• Maintain GMP & hygiene in work area.

Job Summary

Supports in machine operations for grain loading and unloading in preparation for machine and required routing and load bulk delivery vehicles as assigned as per truck loading order.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operating all equipment associated with the elevator process.
• Operator Grain dryers using a computer with PLC Software
• Unloading / Loading Grain from Vessels / Trucks
• Maintain Internal / External Grain dispatch report
• Shipping and Storing of Grain in allotted silos.
• To manage Silo Activities for smooth operations with respect to Quality, Yield Factors & Cost effectiveness
• Maintaining the quality & safety standards without deviation.
• Maintaining GMP & Hygiene In Work Area
• Any other work responsibility assigned by Line Manager as and when required upon business requirement (with relevant Training)

KPIs

• Understand Safety and Health rules and regulation as related to plant regulation.
• Time Management for Trucks Loading and Offloading
• Ensure Timely availability of Grain to Flour & Feed Mill

Work experience requirement

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse, Production or Maintenance
