Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in landscape architecture.
• Professional certification such as ASLA or equivalent international recognition.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful landscape design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software.
• Working knowledge of ArcGIS, Revit or other relevant design tools.
• Excellent understanding of sustainable design practices and their application in arid climates.
• Familiarity with local flora, environmental conditions and design regulations in the UAE.
• Proven project management skills including budget control and timeline management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
• Experience with BIM is a plus.
