Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking a senior legal leader to drive regulatory-compliant product development and strategic partnerships in a fast-paced environment. You will guide lifecycle strategy, protect IP, and mitigate risk for consumer-facing offerings.

The role requires deep expertise in financial services and healthcare, with the ability to influence C-suite and board-level decisions and collaborate across functions to optimize governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience advising on product development in regulated industries
• Strong background in both financial services and healthcare
• Expertise in UDAP, ERISA welfare benefit plans, HSAs, GLBA, HIPAA, and data privacy
• Ability to synthesize complex legal issues and provide practical risk management advice
• Ability to influence at all levels, including C-suite and board
