Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital acquisition, or commercial marketing.
• Proven track record of managing significant digital marketing investments and delivering measurable revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in attribution, measurement, forecasting, experimentation, and conversion rate optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance marketing contribution to Jumeirah.com revenue, bookings, profitability and customer acquisition objectives.
• Translate commercial priorities into acquisition strategies, targets and actions that maximise profitable growth.
• Own investment allocation across performance channels and direct spend toward the strongest incremental return opportunities.
• Assess customer acquisition cost, return on advertising spend, conversion and incremental revenue contribution across markets and channels.
• Own the performance marketing measurement framework, including attribution, incrementality testing, and experimentation.
• Partner with Analytics to improve data quality, decision confidence and visibility of commercial contribution.
