Job summary

VerityX Talent is seeking a Financial Controller (Associate Director Level) in Dubai to lead governance, IFRS reporting, and a multi-entity close across UAE and KSA. You will strengthen controls, automate processes, and partner with auditors and executives to deliver timely, accurate packages.

The role demands 10+ years in finance, CPA/CA, and deep IFRS expertise, with GCC tax exposure and prior Big4 or high-growth consumer-tech experience. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• CPA or CA qualification and a relevant bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years in finance, controlling, and accounting, including Big4 or fast-paced consumer-tech.
• Strong IFRS expertise with multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction reporting.

Responsibilities

• Transform governance, accounting structure & systems; standardize COA across entities and automate reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS reporting for multi-entity groups and ensure timely close.
• Strengthen internal controls and comply with UAE/KSA statutory, tax requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and advisors; provide executive-level reporting.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to build ownership and high performance.
