Job summary

Halian is seeking an Associate DevOps Engineer to join our remote team in Ajman, UAE. You will manage Azure-based infrastructure, deploy and monitor containerized apps with Kubernetes, and own CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to enhance deployment processes and implement IaC practices, ensuring reliability, security, and scalable platform operations from a remote location in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure management.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience using Datadog for monitoring, observability, and alerting.
• Exposure to Platform Engineering concepts and developer platform tooling.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
• Strong understanding of Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
• Experience working with Git and version control best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
