We are seeking a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager with strong experience in Performance Marketing who is passionate about helping clients find and promote their best products while using (and co‑creating) a unique SaaS solution. We are proud partners of Meta, Google and Snapchat, and through our Product Performance Management platform we influence every 43rd online purchase worldwide, working with major retailers such as Adidas, Damas Jewellery, Landmark Group, 6thStreet and others.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Customer Success Managers work as strategic partners to our clients, big e‑commerce retailers, and help them scale their digital promotions and commercial activities, thereby making their businesses more profitable and sustainable.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the full customer cycle—from onboarding the client into our SaaS platform to regular business reviews and renewals.
  • Act as a partner in strategy, providing tailor‑made analytical and business insights that help clients elevate their ROAS, ROI and revenue.
  • Manage a portfolio of medium and large enterprise clients across the EMEA, mainly from the Middle East, Africa, India, and partially from Europe.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and create case studies to educate clients on new approaches or platform features.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally within a unique culture that shapes the future of e‑commerce.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Success or Account Manager with direct responsibility for a B2B client portfolio within the performance marketing environment, ideally from a MarTech/AdTech company.
  • Passion for marketing technology and knowledge of Google and Meta Ads; expert level is a plus.
  • Business acumen and data analytics are part of your daily work.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Based in Dubai (must commute to JLT Office) or Saudi Arabia; willing to travel occasionally for client meetings.
