Responsibilities

• Manage technicians performing diagnostics, repairs, and Preventive Maintenance.
• Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Maintain job cards, estimates, and repair documentation.
• Conduct spot checks on repairs.
• Verify final inspection and ensure vehicle readiness.
• Coordinate with fleet, operations, and transport departments.
• Support scheduling, planning, and workload distribution.
• Prepare daily/weekly/ monthly workshop reports.
• Monitor productivity and workshop KPIs.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure proper housekeeping.
