Responsibilities

• Assist the lead waiter in serving food and beverages to guests
• Set and clear tables ensuring proper placement of cutlery glassware and dishes
• Greet and seat guests providing menus and answering basic questions about menu items
• Take and relay drink orders to the bar staff
• Refill water glasses and attend to other guest needs throughout their dining experience
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Process payments and handle cash transactions when necessary
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing training sessions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
