A leading real estate firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced professional to support the Vice President in driving business growth within the luxury property segment. The role requires 12 years of experience in real estate, especially in the luxury segment, and exceptional skills in relationship management, negotiation, and leadership. You will manage key client relationships and lead high-value transactions, ensuring compliance with RERA guidelines.

Qualifications

Requirements
  • 12 years of experience in real estate with significant exposure to the luxury segment in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of Dubais premium real estate landscape and buyer behavior.

  • Proven track record in high-value deal-making and relationship management.

  • Exceptional communication leadership and negotiation skills.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or related field (MBA preferred).

  • RERA certification or eligibility is highly preferred.
