Parker Connect in Dubai seeks an Assistant Treasurer to join the Finance & Corporate team. You will monitor forex transactions, manage spot and forward contracts, reconcile positions, and support forecasting, cash management, and banking activities.

The ideal candidate has a finance-related degree and 2–4 years in treasury or cash management, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. Excellent numeracy and coordination are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2–4 years in Treasury, Forex, Cash Management or Finance.
• Good knowledge of FX, spot/forward contracts and hedging.
• Experience with treasury operations, reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting.
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily forex transactions and coordinate with Group Treasury on discrepancies.
• Manage spot and forward forex orders related to supplier payments and receipts.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of open forex positions and forward contracts.
• Analyse forex gains/losses and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Supply Chain on settlements.
• Prepare forex payoff analysis and support forward contract needs.
• Calculate forex rates for pricing based on market forecasts.
• Identify forex risks and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support treasury forecasting, cash management, and banking activities.
• Monitor bank balances, cash pooling and treasury accounts.
• Prepare treasury KPI reports and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with IT on ERP developments and treasury improvements.

Job Title: Assistant Treasurer

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily forex transactions and coordinate with Group Treasury on any discrepancies or issues.
• Manage spot and forward forex orders related to supplier payments and customer receipts.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of open forex positions and forward contracts.
• Analyse foreign exchange gains and losses and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor contract settlements and coordinate with the Accounting and Supply Chain teams.
• Prepare forex payoff analysis and support forward contract requirements.
• Calculate forex rates for pricing based on market forecasts and inventory-related currency rates.
• Identify forex-related risks, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support treasury forecasting, cash management, and banking activities.
• Monitor bank balances, cash pooling, and treasury accounts.
• Prepare treasury KPI reports and monthly reconciliations.
• Coordinate with IT teams on ERP developments and treasury-related process improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Treasury, Forex, Cash Management, or Finance.
• Good knowledge of foreign exchange, spot and forward contracts, and hedging.
• Experience in treasury operations, reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting are an advantage.
