Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented stock administrator to maintain daily product stock registers, record transfers and deliveries, and reconcile PDN/PTN with meter readings. The role requires attention to regulatory procedures, accurate documentation, and timely monthly reporting.

The successful candidate will manage paperwork, coordinate with Control Room and Finance, and support unit activities while ensuring compliance with company regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a relevant field.
• Computer literate with basic skills.
• Proficient in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily product stock registers and record transfers and deliveries.
• Reconcile PDN/PTN and meter readings; process PDN/PTN through the system.
• Prepare monthly statements of products received from Umm Al Nar, Moussafa & Ruwais Refineries.
• Detach and file PDN/PTN copies and forward to Finance with printouts.
• Provide monthly reports of meter readings; assist supervisor and control room as needed.

Job Purpose

To maintain daily product stock registers for each product, and record all transfers and deliveries. To reconcile all PDN/PTN and meter readings, confirm and process PDN/PTN(s) through the system and ensures Product Notes issuance restricted all through to companyu2019s regulation and procedures

Job Specific Accountabilities

Accountability 1

• Checks and audits products issued as per PDNs/PTNs, includes meter-reading notes compared to Dispatch statements and Control Room statements.
• Prepares daily product transfers, deliveries in the specific statement and reconciles product notes, print output statements though confirming the system and giving monthly reports of meter reading.
• Reconciles daily PDN/PTN-s and meter reading statements received from Control Room. Informs Control Room Officer, Control Room Supervisor and Supply Officer if there are any discrepancies.
• Detaches and files yellow copy of all confirmed PDN/PTNs, before forwarding them to Finance along with the computer printout of daily-confirmed PDN/PTN-s.
• Prepares monthly statement of products received from Umm Al Nar, Moussafa & Ruwais Refineries
• Maintains unit activity records, includes typing daily, monthly reports, and all typographic duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Types, follows up staff annual leave, records in the particular form as well as carrying out typographic duties during the absence of Dispatch Assistant.
• Performs other similar or related duties regarding product supply as and when assigned by direct supervisor. Assists Supply Supervisor for the unit activities and on his absence

Minimum Qualification

High School Diploma & Vocational/Technical Training

Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• 3-5 years experience in a relevant field
• Computer literate of basics.
• Good knowledge of Arabic and English languages (spoken & written).
• Valid UAE Driving License
