Responsibilities

• Assist in wine service and recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Present, open, and pour wine professionally following service standards.
• Maintain wine cellar, inventory, and ensure FIFO labeling and stock control.
• Train servers on basic wine knowledge and etiquette.
• Support events, wine-pairing dinners, tastings, and wine education sessions.
