A facilities management company in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a sales professional to identify new leads and generate business. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in facility management, the ability to work independently, and strong negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will present services to clients and close deals effectively, contributing to strategic business development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales leads and generating business for facilities management services.
Min 2-5 years Experience in Facility Management and Building Maintenance in UAE.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Develop strategic plans and sales strategies and undertake presentations to and negotiations with prospective customers.
Attending incoming inquiries meeting the clients with a presentation of our services and closing the deals.
Good knowledge in preparing quotation and estimation.
Understanding the sector-specific needs of clients and working with the expert teams to supply potential candidates
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Build profitable sales by employing a consultative and creative sales approach tailored to the clients business
Account planning in order to develop new business opportunities within client accounts
