Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in driving revenue for the hotel’s suite accommodations by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The role involves managing corporate, leisure, and long-stay accounts, coordinating with operational departments, and assisting in meeting overall sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing.
Minimum 3–5years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality-related roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused, results-driven, and organized with strong attention to detail.
