Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager in Dubai to generate and convert group sales, nurture client relationships, and lead end-to-end sales processes from proposals to contracts. You’ll coordinate bookings, site visits, and negotiations to maximize revenue while delivering memorable experiences.

The role focuses on driving room revenue and profitability through proactive outreach and market insight in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Heres what youll do during a typical day:

  • Generate and convert new business: Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals
  • Build and maintain client relationships: Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability
  • Develop targeted sales strategies: Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals
  • Lead end-to-end sales process: Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue
  • Manage booking details: Coordinate customer requirements including room, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensure accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel’s sales management system
