Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Food Legislation and Health & Safety Legislation.
• Experience in Restaurant and Kitchen Management.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Restaurant Manager in developing the store’s annual business plan.
• Replaces the Restaurant Manager during vacations, overseeing overall activities.
• Supervises the opening & closing of the store and ensures compliance with policies.
• Handles guest problems and maintains an efficient ordering system.
