Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a recreational facility.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a variety of recreational programs and activities for all age groups.
  • Manage and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Supervise and train recreational staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Plan and coordinate special events and tournaments.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations within the recreational areas.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
