Candidates must hold a PhD in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Mechatronics, have 1–3 years post-PhD teaching, and show active research with publications. IELTS 7+ is required for non-native English speakers; MOE equivalency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• PhD in Manufacturing or Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering and related expertise.
• Active research with publications and curriculum development experience.
• Excellent English skills; IELTS 7+ for non-native speakers.
• Equivalency certificates from MOE UAE prior to joining.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, practical classes, demonstrations, and workshops.
• Develop and update subject material and adopt diverse teaching modes.
• Act as subject/course coordinators and supervise student projects.
• Conduct research aligned to expertise and UAE priorities.
• Organize events, conferences, and community activities.
