Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver courses including lectures, practicals, and tutorials in Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Histopathology, and Microbiology.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress and provide feedback to support success.
• Lead laboratory sessions and supervise practicals for Basic Medical Sciences.
• Engage in research, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, and supervise undergraduate projects.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance aligned with accreditation standards.
• Participate in departmental meetings and academic planning.
• Support accreditation initiatives through curriculum mapping and alignment.
• Provide academic mentorship and guidance to students for their career development.
• Foster student-centered learning and maintain engaging relationships with learners.
• Organize and participate in academic events and community engagement activities.
