Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Republik to ensure smooth service and an outstanding guest experience
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain high service standards and a consistent brand identity
• Handle guest interactions, respond to feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Support menu planning, promotions, and event coordination in collaboration with culinary and bar teams
• Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and development plans
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Monitor operational costs, inventory, stock control, and efficient resource management
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance service flow, guest satisfaction, and revenue performance
