Job summary

Caviar Careers is seeking an assistant nanny in Abu Dhabi to support the lead nanny in daily routines and engaging activities for children. You will contribute to safety, cleanliness, and a nurturing environment, with some household tasks related to child care.

The role requires 2+ years of childcare experience, fluent English, and the ability to travel if needed. Client will assist with visa and relocation for the right candidate, with six days a week work schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with VVIP clients is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead nanny in daily routines and child care activities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
• Assist with travel and logistics as needed, including coordinating activities.
• Communicate clearly with the team and families to ensure seamless care.
• Follow food safety policies and adapt to household rules.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Purpose of the Position

The Assistant Nanny plays a crucial role in supporting the primary nanny or caregiver in providing attentive and nurturing care to children. Their purpose encompasses aiding in daily routines, engaging in educational and recreational activities, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for the children's growth and development. Additionally, the Assistant Nanny may assist with light household tasks related to the children's care, contributing to the smooth functioning of the household.

Qualifications / Licenses

• Advanced Childcare Certificate or similar qualification
• First Aid certification
• Fluent English

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years' experience working in childcare.
• Experience working with VVIP clients highly regarded
• Experience with children aged 7-18 years old

Salary

AED 2,500 Tax Free excluding phone allowance

Increase to AED 4,000 after 2 years.
