A warm and highly recommended family, personally known to Niche Nannies, is looking for an exceptional and qualified Nanny/Governess to care for their three young children, all under the age of six.

We seek a highly experienced and professional candidate with relevant childcare qualifications, such as Montessori, Waldorf, or similar educational approaches. The ideal applicant will have a genuine passion for children’s development and wellbeing, a strong belief in positive parenting and holistic learning, and will be confident in supporting the children both academically and emotionally while creating a fun, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the children’s daily care and routines
• Managing school runs
• Planning creative and educational activities
• Organising playdates
• Supporting homework and school projects
• Maintaining strong communication with teachers and school staff
• Planning nutritious meals
• Managing the children’s wardrobes and belongings
• Ensuring overall wellbeing and development are consistently supported

Requirements:

• Highly experienced with a strong professional background and verifiable references
• Relevant childcare qualifications (Montessori, Waldorf, etc.)
