Position Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled Supply Chain professional with strong expertise in vendor management, procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management within the Gold & Diamonds industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, driving sourcing initiatives, negotiating commercial terms, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring efficient procurement operations. Candidates must have mandatory experience in the Gold & Diamonds industry, Tanishq, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

Core Accountabilities

• Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement activities.
• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Manage scrap-related processes and reporting.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field; 10–12 years of relevant Supply Chain Management experience, with mandatory experience in the Gold & Diamonds industry and prior experience with Tanishq.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP; strong expertise in vendor management, procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier negotiations; knowledge of delivery management and scrap management processes.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; experience in vendor performance monitoring and improvement; candidates from India are welcome to apply.
