Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment.
  • Previous Room Service experience with strong exposure to busy operations and high‑profile, diverse clientele.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging environment, lead, supervise and motivate staff to the highest professional standards.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is required; additional languages will be highly regarded.
