A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Front Office. This role involves assisting in the management of daily operations at the Front Desk while ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and customer relations skills. Knowledge of Russian, Arabic, and German is preferred.
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Front Office is responsible to assist the Director of Rooms in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel.
Russian, Arabic and German
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
